In compliance with applicable personal data protection laws, BluSports Media LLP, having its egistered office at at Flat No 3, Panchavati Baldg Adgarsh Nager, Near Vidhya Mandir School, Mormugao, Chicalim, South Goa, Goa – 403711 (“BluSports”), inform all Participants that any personal data provided for the purpose of registering or entering or participating in the Event, as well as any data provided in connection with the awarding of a prize, will be collected and processed under the responsibility of BluSports. Such data will be used solely for managing participation in the Event including, where applicable, the publication of the Participant’s name on BluSports website, newsletters, and official social media channels, media publications.
The processing of personal data is based on the Participant’s voluntary decision to participate. Personal data will be retained for as long as the Participant’s relationship with BluSport remains active. After that period, data will be retained only for the time required to comply with applicable legal obligations. BluSports does not engage in profiling activities and does not transfer personal data to countries outside the applicable jurisdiction.
If a Participant wishes to receive commercial communications from BluSports whether by electronic or non‑electronic means regarding BluSports products, the Participant must explicitly consent by selecting the relevant option in the data collection form. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by following the procedure described below.
BluSports may engage third‑party service providers (processors) to support the administration of the promotion/contest/campaign, including logistics, prize delivery, and technological services such as website hosting. These service providers may access and process personal data only to the extent necessary to perform the outsourced services and strictly for the purposes described above.
Participants are informed of their rights to request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent. Such requests may be submitted to BluSports by written communication at Flat No 3, Panchavati Baldg Adgarsh Nager, Near Vidhya Mandir School, Mormugao, Chicalim, South Goa, Goa – 403711 or by email to info@blusports.in and accompanied by a valid identification document.
BluSports reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by Participants at any time, including the age and identity of prize winners, prior to awarding any prize.
By agreeing to this document, the Participant acknowledge to have read this notice and provides express consent for the processing of personal data for the purposes described herein.
